New Barbacoa Beef Nachos & Alfredo Mac & Cheese at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Walt Disney World announced that two new barbacoa beef dishes are now available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

New Barbacoa Beef Dishes

A bowl of macaroni and cheese topped with shredded meat, sauce, green onions, and crispy fried onions, set on a bamboo placemat with a green backdrop.

At Eight Spoon Café is the Barbacoa Beef on Alfredo Macaroni & Cheese. It’s served with crispy onion and green onions.

A bowl of nachos topped with shredded meat, pickled onions, cilantro, cheese sauce, and various toppings, placed on a woven mat.

The Barbacoa Beef Nachos are available at The Smiling Crocodile. This snack is barbacoa beef on top of tri-colored nachos topped with queso cheese, lime crema, and pico.
