One of Our FAVORITE Gideon’s Bakehouse Cookies Is BACK in Disney World!

There’s one spot in Disney Springs that always has new offerings each and every month to get excited about, and that’s Gideon’s Bakehouse!

Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs

Gideon’s Bakehouse is known for its massive cookies and cake slices, many of which are available consistently each month, but there’s typically a limited-edition flavor of cookie (and sometimes cake slice) each month. Since it’s now July, there are actually TWO limited-time flavors you need to know about!

For the month of July, you can grab two limited-time cookies at Gideon’s Bakehouse!

The first is the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip, which is a vanilla bean cookie fused with orange essence and mixed with Gideon’s favorite chocolates.

We loved this cookie when we had it back in 2022, so we’re super excited to see it return!

Very melty

The second cookie this month is the Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie which is a lemon cookie filled with poppyseeds and pockets of white chocolate.

This is one of the BEST Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies, in our opinion. We can’t wait to get it again, and we’re seriously tempted to get one every single day this month. Seriously. It’s THAT GOOD.

Buttery goodness

These are limited to 2 cookies per person, per day.

These aren’t the only special snacks you can grab, though! Thanks to the special Flavors of Florida event happening in Disney Springs right now, you can also grab Key Lime Pie Cake Bars! These are Key Lime Cake topped with Key Lime Cream Cheese Buttercream and a channel of Key Lime Curd, dipped in Premium Dark Chocolate and sprinkled with Graham Cracker Crumble and Sea Salt. These are also limited to two per person, per day, and they’re VERY limited, so you may want to get there early!

Additionally, the Mocha Orange Nitro Cold Brew is available again as well! This is made with Oatmilk, Maple Syrup, Mocha, and Fresh Orange, which makes it vegan and gluten-free. This drink is ONLY available at the Disney Springs Gideon’s location (not the East End Market location).

There are also tons of other classic treats to grab like chocolate chip and cookies and cream cookies, lots of different cake slice flavors, and more. Be prepared to wait in line though — this is quite the popular spotGideon’s frequently has a virtual waitlist, so you’ll need to go to the store and sign up, then wait to be called back when it’s your turn to go inside. That can take a few hours, so you’ll need to budget some time for it!

If you don’t have the time to wait that long, try to get to Gideon’s Bakehouse right when it opens, because usually it has a normal standby line that doesn’t take too long for a little while in the morning.

Virtual queue line

There’s so much to explore in Disney Springs, we definitely recommend spending at least a few hours away from the parks to check out some of the incredible restaurants and fun entertainment in the area. Plus, parking is free and there’s no entrance fee, so it can be a totally free trip if you choose not to buy anything!
