‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Scary Teddy Popcorn Bucket Arrives at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

The popcorn bucket inspired by the Scary Teddy a.k.a. Vampire Teddy from Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas” has arrived at Magic Kingdom exclusively for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Scary Teddy Popcorn Bucket – $26

A person is holding a black and white plush doll with sharp teeth and a red grin, reminiscent of The Nightmare Before Christmas. The skunk-like doll, seen in three different angles in the collage, evokes vibes perfect for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

The Scary Teddy has a white face with wide red lips and sharp teeth. It has small round black ears and a black onesie. The mouth opens to store popcorn inside. It includes popcorn at the time of purchase. It is limited to two per person, per transaction.

People wait in line at a food kiosk in an outdoor setting. A woman and a man on a scooter purchase snacks, while a few ducks wander near the area. Trees and other visitors are visible in the background as someone shows off their Scary Teddy Popcorn Bucket from Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

The bucket is only available at popcorn carts during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Guests reportedly waited in line for up to two hours to purchase the bucket on the day of its release. It looks like even the ducks were trying to get in line.

Two Halloween-themed plastic figures featuring a Mickey Mouse holding a pumpkin bucket and another character with a stitched appearance, reminiscent of The Nightmare Before Christmas, both set in an outdoor setting with people in the background.

Other Halloween souvenirs available during the after-hours event include the Mickey pumpkin popcorn bucket and the “Hocus Pocus” Minnie Mouse sipper. Read our full guide to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2024.

The Scary Teddy popcorn bucket will be available at Disneyland Resort soon.
