Disney has certainly dumped a LOT of information on us in the past few days.
And with information comes questions! We’re looking for clarification on everything from the new Disney Park Pass reservation system to what is and isn’t still an option during our upcoming resort stays. If you’re like us, this can mean you’ve been trying (possibly unsuccessfully!) to contact Disney!
While it can be ESPECIALLY hard to get a hold of Disney during big news-times like this, we’re compiling a list of ALL the ways YOU can try to get those questions answered.
Phone Numbers
In general, calling Disney is a good way to get an answer to your questions. However, it is not foolproof. For one, Disney’s call center can be overwhelmed with high demand which can make for multi-hour holds. When the Park Pass system opened, we weren’t even been able to access a hold, just a busy dial tone — yikes. Even when you DO get through, the Cast Member you’re talking to may not have all the answers you need.
Still, Guest Services Cast Members will do their best to help you, so a phone call is a good bet for getting the answers you need. Remember to be patient with the wait and with the Cast Members who are trying to help you.

Chat Feature
If you have a quick question or want another option besides the phone lines, you can use the chat feature on the Disney World website. Typically, you can access this feature through a link on the “Contact Us” page. However, the chat is ALSO not foolproof. With high demand, the chat link HAS been deactivated on many occasions.
However, even with the “Contact Us” link deactivated, we were able to access the chat feature through the Walt Disney World home page. Keep in mind, also, that chat can come with some pretty long waits if demand is high. Still, it’s a great option if you can’t wait it out on the phone for so long.
Another option is to email Disney. Of course, you may not get the most prompt response in doing this, but if you’re not on a schedule for getting an answer back, this is definitely an option! All you do is head on over to the Email page on the Disney website. There’s a simple form to fill out with your information, your question, and your contact info. Once you have sent your message, a Cast Member will get back to you, but again, this is not a time-sensitive method.
Social Media
There is actually one other way that you can talk to Disney World Guest Services. Disney has one guest request-based social media with the @WDWGuestService Twitter account. Now, this account is currently marked as closed with the park closures and hasn’t had any new tweets since March, however it is typically an awesome way to get a response.
Direct messaging or tweeting at @WDWGuestServices will usually get you a response pretty quickly. Bonus: This is the best way to give a Cast Compliment when you have a really good experience with a Cast Member in Disney World.
With all of these methods, it can still be hard to reach Disney if there is really high demand. Remember to be patient and prepared to wait, just in case. Disney will try to answer your questions as soon as they can.
