Seriously, if you haven’t tasted these cookies yet, they need to make their way to the top of your must-eat list! The Gideon’s location in Disney Springs will offer an expanded menu of cookies and cake slices, plus their own line of unique coffees!
And, as if allllll that wasn’t enough to have us daydreaming about the opening of the new location, they’ll also offer a previously super-limited cookie flavor all year long!

So, what’s the cookie in question?? The Coffee Cake Cookie — a buttery, vanilla bean cookie filled with cinnamon swirl and topped with homemade double-baked butter crumbs. Gideon’s compares it to a “Snickerdoodle in its final evolution” and we are SO. ON. BOARD!
