A construction crane at the The Cove project site near the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort was struck by lighting today, causing it to erupt in flames. Nearby onlookers claimed the lightning strike was very loud: The fire has since been extinguished, with construction crews back on site. No injuries have been reported as of yet, thankfully, but we will continue to update you as further information surfaces.
