The Test Track Showroom has reopened — and we headed over to take a peek inside!
Since EPCOT first welcomed back guests, we’ve seen a number of changes and new additions across the park — including the reopening of several locations that didn’t make their debut with the park!
While Test Track did reopen with the park, the Showroom at the end of the attraction was initially unavailable. But now, guests are once again able to get a close look at the Chevrolet cars located in the Test Track Showroom!
As with other locations around Disney World, guests are asked to maintain distance between parties.
When we visited there were hardly any other guests in the Showroom, so we didn’t have trouble maintaining our space.
The cars are now locked — prior to the closure, guests were able to hop in.
The Cast Member we spoke with shared a fun fact about this orange Corvette — the engine is located in the rear of the car! If you’re an automobile enthusiast, you might want to take an extra-close look at this car on your next trip!
The “Photo Finish” photo backgrounds are open, but guests will need to take the picture on their phones since pictures can’t currently be emailed or added to a MagicBand.
There are social distancing markers outside of the photo ops, in case a line starts to form.
So, while there are still limitations on the activities available in the Test Track Showroom, guests are now able to take a closer look at the cars — and even snag some fun photos!
We can’t believe how EMPTY it was inside the Biergarten Restaurant in EPCOT!
