REVIEW! Bratwurst and Beer Are BACK at the Germany Booth for the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

SURPRISE! The 2020 Epcot Food and Wine Festival, which is starting earlier than ever before, opened even EARLIER during Cast Member Previews (and we’re not even the slightest bit mad about it).

Germany Food Booth

While we’re gearing up to bring you the foodie news of your dreams with reviews of ALL the booths at the festival this year, we’re taking a trip around the World Showcase to the sweet corner of the Germany booth!

Menu and Food

But, we’ll need to skip the lederhosen and put on our stretchy pants because Germany has some returning items that everyone will enjoy!

Germany Menu

We’re starting off with some Schinkennudeln when we hop over to the food booth. Although the name might sound a little different, the dish is just a pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese (which is SUPER good) for $4.25!

You can’t skip the bratwurst when you’re in Germany! And, it’s a good thing that the booth is bringing back the Roast Bratwurst in a Prop and Peller® Pretzel Roll again this year for $5.75.

We’re BIG fans of apple pie! And, the Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce at the Germany booth does not disappoint with its flaky crust and sweet, cinnamon-y flavors for $4.

Drinks

Although you can sip on the Weihenstephaner Festbier Lager, Freising for $4.50 per 6 oz. cup or $8.50 per 12 oz. cup and the Riesling for $6 again this year…

…there are two new drinks adding the line-up in Germany! This year, you’ll also be able to sip on the M.I.A. Brewing Hugo, Doral, FL for $4.50 per 6 oz. cup or $8.50 per 12 oz. cup.

We’re always down for new beers to come to Germany, and this lighter selection is perfect for a hot afternoon.

Plus, you can add another beer to your Food and Wine list with the Hacker-Pschorr Hefe Weisse Naturtüb for $4.50 per 6 oz. cup and $8.50 per 12 oz. cup!

Day One Substitute Pilsner

The third option is the Weihenstephaner Festbier Lager, but they were OUT when we visited! How can Germany run out of BEER!? We’ll have to check back soon! Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for a wide selection of beers and some yummy brauts.
