Shimmering Sips is back at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival and we can’t wait to get our fizzle on!
We’ve been muchin’ on tacos in Mexico and indulging on a lobster tail at The Citrus Blossom. We finally made our way to the Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar! We couldn’t wait to get our hands on a sparkly mimosa and shimmering sweet!
As always, Shimmering Sips offers a variety of mimosas mixed with different juices and liquors. They also provide a couple of treats to pair with your drink!
We were looking forward to sipping on the Frozen Mimosa made with White Claw again. The drink menu has been paired down a bit this year. No worries! We can still enjoy the mimosas they provided.
The Tropical Mimosa is made with passion fruit, orange, and guava juices! It’s a literal POG Mimosa! What more could you ask for?
The Key Lime Mimosa is a tangy blend of key lime sparkling wine and cranberry juice. This mimosa was definitely refreshing for us on a hot Florida day, but the flavor doesn’t pack quite the same punch as the other two options.
The Blood Orange Mimosa is a citrus blend of sparkling wine and blood orange juice. This one had a more intense flavor than the other two, as blood orange fans may be able to attest to. If you’re a blood orange fan, this mimosa is for YOU!
All of the mimosas are $6.00. Not a fan of watering down your sparkling wine with juices? Try the Banfi Rosa Regale Sparkling Red for$10.00!
In need of sweets? Try the GORGEOUS Strawberry Soft-Serve dipped covered in sprinkles and served in a Waffle Cone for $5.25.
A new addition this year is the Banana Bread with Mixed Berry Compote for $4.50. This dessert is another plant-based option for plant-loving friends! We were rather surprised by the banana bread and thought it was quite tasty!
There’s no doubt this booth is a crowd-favorite! Shimmering Sips greeted us in 2018 and has been making a comeback every year since then. Stop for the mimosas and stay for the sweets!
