It’s a beautiful day to take a stroll along Disney’s BoardWalk!
We were checking out the sitch in EPCOT today when we figured we’d hop on over to the EPCOT area resorts to see if there were any new sights!
Despite the fact that Disney’s Beach Club and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn are still closed until further notice, the Disney Vacation Club portions of these resorts are OPEN — which means there was definitely some NEW STUFF!
Restaurant Updates
You know us — we’re starting with the FOOD!
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
At the BoardWalk Inn, there weren’t too many new things. But you know what they say, QUALITY over quantity! BoardWalk Bakery had a BIG addition to the menu, and we were pretty darn pumped to give it a try. Check out the Mickey Waffle Sundae ($15.97 with the souvenir bowl, $10.01 without)!
Is that a CHOCOLATE Mickey Waffle we see?!?! It is. It is, indeed. Obviously, this sundae was the bomb, but can your really go wrong with Mickey Waffles and ice cream?

The other desserts at BoardWalk Bakery right now include Key Lime Pie, Mickey Brownies, and an Oreo Cupcake!
Just down the way, we noticed that hours were posted on the door of the ESPN Club.
This spot will be open from noon to midnight on Mondays through Friday and 11AM till midnight on weekends. It doesn’t look like those hours have kicked in yet though. This spot was still closed.
Disney’s Beach Club
Over at Disney’s Beach Club, we saw some changes to the menu at Martha’s Vineyard. On top of the usual appetizers, this lounge is now offering an Angus Beef Cheeseburger for $17 and Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich for $16 from 5PM to 10PM.
The Beach Club Marketplace had a few notable desserts in the case. For one, there’s this white cake Christmas in July Cupcake that had it’s last day today. Look at those little Mickey ears!
The Plant-based Chocolate Mickey Mousse Cake has returned to the case as well.
Plant-based diners, rejoice!
Construction Updates
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
The only construction update we saw was that the Ample Hills Creamery sign has been removed, and the spot has been covered.
We’re sad to see it go!

So, there. Not too much is new at the EPCOT hotels — but that Mickey Waffle Sundae is PLENTY newsworthy for us!
