Building a Disney Bucket List

Walt Disney World has so much to experience that it keeps us all coming back. We want to do it all and see it all, especially since they keep adding to it. Some extras at Disney may be a little less accessible for most, but they make perfect items to add to a Disney Bucket List.

It seems Disney Bucket Lists are popular for the diehard Disney fans. They can contain more easily attained goals, like staying at the Contemporary in a Theme Park View room, or virtually impossible to accomplish experiences, like having lunch with Joe Rohde. With this in mind, I have three items on each end of the spectrum that I’ll list from most likely to be crossed off to least likely.

Dinner at Victoria and Albert’s

Between the difficulty to get a reservation and the high price tag, this isn’t your go-to dinner spot for every visit. Though I find it hard to stomach the cost for a dinner, the rave reviews have made it something to add to my list, perhaps for a special occasion.

Aulani

Living in the Midwest, going to Hawaii is a dream. Why not take it up a notch with a stay at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa? Aulani stays true to the Hawaiian culture and has plenty to offer. This Hawaiian paradise with a touch of Disney is a must-do for me.

Disney Cruise Line

Cruises aren’t everyone’s idea of fun, myself included. Still, there is something about a Disney cruise that is so appealing. The amazing shows, great food, and extra magic without the hustle and bustle of a park vacation has me willing to sail out to sea.

Visit the International Disney Parks

After visiting two of the six Disney resorts, I want to see them all. The enormous castle in Shanghai, the charm in Paris, and more. I know there are so many majestic places to visit in this world, but I so badly want to experience these other four overseas parks while I’m out there.

Private VIP Tour

I could do so much more with the money that it takes to book a VIP tour, but the ability to have my own Disney World agenda with any ride, reservation, and VIP seating that I want has me drooling at the thought of it. However, this might have to be a bucket list item that someone else generously gifts me.

Stay in the Castle

It’s virtually impossible, I know. But that’s also what makes me want to stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite that much more.

Even if you don’t realize it, I bet most Disney fans have a Bucket List. What’s on yours?
