We are in a constant state of anticipation for the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy rollercoaster in EPCOT.
Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is a new coaster that’s set to open sometime before Disney World’s 50th Anniversary next year. We were pumped to see progress recently, and now we know what they might be working on!
We were taking a look at the building permits that Disney has filed recently and spotted a new one filed for the Guardians coaster address. Looks like Walt Disney Imagineering has filed for a “support structure installation” on the coaster.

We’d LOVE to know what this structure is for. Could it be thematic elements? Or maybe the ride track? Unfortunately, we’ll have to be satisfied with the progress we can see on the OUTSIDE of the building.
