The 5:00 PM ET weather advisory has moved Isaias from a Hurricane down to a Tropical Storm. It is noted that the storm could still regain strength and is forecasted to evolve back into a hurricane later this evening. Central Florida should still expect heavy gusts of wind, as well as rain.
