We’ve been pretty amped up about the new location which will offer timed cookie drops, giant cake slices, and an explosion of artist collabs when it opens — like these handmade Gideon’s mugs they’re selling at their Orlando shop right now!
We recently scouted out the current location of Gideon’s Bakehouse in Orlando at the East End Market to catch a glimpse of what’s to come. But today, one of our readers happened to walk by the new Gideon’s Bakehouse’s storefront in Disney Springs and snapped a few rather-interesting pics of the work-in-progress! New Signage at Gideon’s Bakehouse
The signs that have just been installed on the exterior of the new Gideon’s Bakehouse make the shop look more like a bookstore than a bakery! It’s hard to make out exactly what they say, but we definitely see the word, bookseller!

Given the eclectic vibe of the current Gideon’s Bakehouse which tons of hardcover books and vintage-inspired objects, we’re betting the new Disney Springs location will have a similar look and feel!

Annnd now we’re even MORE excited to step foot inside the new bakery when it opens later this year! We’ll let you know what other elements we see added to the building as we count down the days to Gideon’s Bakehouse’s yet-to-be-announced grand opening, so stay tuned!
