Universal Orlando Annual Passholders with a Premier Pass now have even more time to skip the lines. While not officially announced, we’ve learned that Premier Passholders now have complimentary access to Universal Express Pass beginning daily at 2 PM, two hours earlier than the scheduled 4 PM start time.
