Walt Disney World has adjusted the hours for their theme parks starting September 8th, closing Epcot’s World Showcase two hours earlier and the rest of the theme parks one hour earlier. There is no change for Future World.
The new park hours as of September 8th are:
- Magic Kingdom | 9am – 6pm
- Epcot | Future World 11am-9pm/World Showcase 11am – 7pm
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios | 10am – 7pm
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom | 8am – 5pm
The reduced hours for World Showcase continue into October, however the official Walt Disney World website only shows the shortened hours for the other theme parks through the end of September. We will continue to keep an eye out for any changes.
