Although we can’t pass up dessert in Disney Springs, we’ve been missing those AMAZING Gideon’s chocolate chip cookies since they disappeared from The Polite Pig.

Buuut, they’ll be making their way back in the shopping and dining district (along with a whole bunch of other goodies) when the official Gideon’s Bakehouse store opens later this year! While the bakery has taken over Rustic Cuff’s previous location, we’ve been keeping an eye on Gideon’s progress as signage pops up and pastry chefs are announced!

If your dream is to be surrounded by Gideon’s cookies all the time (which sounds incredible), Gideon’s is now taking applications for people to work at the front of the house! Although the website didn’t specify if it would be for the Disney Springs location, the bakery has been pushing forward with its construction to open soon.

While there might not be too many details, you can be sure that Gideon’s Bakehouse is going to smell like freshly baked goods as you welcome guests inside the store! You can apply now through the Gideon’s website and put “EEM FOH” as the position you’re applying for online!
