We hope you’ll join us on our latest trek around this beautiful park, where we’re exploring all the latest food news, pin board moves, a couple of new spots to find a favorite brew, and MUCH more!

Animal Kingdom Food Updates

Of course, if you’re gonna go on a trek, you’ve got to fuel up first! So you may want to know that you can currently grab a Churro at Dino-Bite Snacks in DinoLand, U.S.A.

Good to know, since you’ll typically find Churros at the currently-closed Dino Diner.

Tiger Pale Lager from Singapore isn’t new to Animal Kingdom, but it is newly available at the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck in Asia.

Africa’s Harambe Fruit Market is serving it as well.

Pair some with the tasty Corn on the Cob here and that’s not a bad plan for your afternoon break at all!

Animal Kingdom Location Updates

We’ve got a few location switcheroos to report! FuelRod users will want to note that the FuelRod machine which used to be located inside the newly reopened Island Mercantile is located just outside of the shop now.

We also discovered that the Pin Trading Board which used to be near Primeval Whirl (we already miss you!) is now inside Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures.

Speaking of Pin Boards…

…we also spotted one just outside the Camera Center at Garden Gate Gifts located in the park’s entrance area, in case you’re a trader. This one is positively packed!

Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Island Mercantile

ICYMI, Island Mercantile reopened this week!

Check out the newly reopened Island Mercantile here!

And tucked inside are all sorts of new goodies…

… including this WILD new Animal Kingdom Spirit Jersey ($69.99)!

After seeing it at the Mercantile, we spotted it again in several other locations throughout the park, so it shouldn’t be too hard to find when you take a trek of your own.

New apparel also includes a pretty-in-pink leopard print Animal Kingdom dress for youth ($34.99).

But the big kids weren’t forgotten, thanks to the gray and green adult Animal Kingdom tank top ($29.99).

Windtraders

Windtraders is the merchandise shop in Pandora — The World of AVATAR, and it’s there that we found out that the bright and beautiful Pandora blankets ($39.99) had been restocked.

These sold out right after the park reopened!

You can also “EXPLORE Pandora” with this new Pandora Backpack ($39.99)!

It’s worth exploring all the fun details, too, and you can do that here!

Two new youth-sized tees joined the lineup, too! You can choose either the “Scream like a banshee” shirt ($17.99) or the Ikran tee ($19.99).

That said, if you purchase two, they’re $15.00 each.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

We’re going to veer off the beaten path a bit, because right after we wrapped up our visit to Animal Kingdom, we headed over to the Lodge… but, nope, NOT Animal Kingdom Lodge. We stopped by Disney’s Wilderness Lodge!

And guess what? Adventure is out THERE at Wilderness Lodge, too. Because THIS is where we spotted the UP-themed eco-friendly bus!

We’ve seen it before, but from father away. Our visit to the Lodge gave us a closer look, so we can give you one, too!

This is also where we found the new Wilderness Lodge Totem Pole Mug featuring Mickey, Goofy, Donald, and Humphrey the Bear.

It’s $23.99 at Wilderness Lodge Mercantile. (And guess what? You can find some of the NBA merchandise here, too!)
