If you’re headed to Disney World soon, you’ll need to make sure you’ve got a valid park ticket as well as a Park Pass reservation for the park you wish to visit each day of your trip.
The Park Pass reservation is a new requirement for park entry that was introduced after Disney World reopened. Now, we’ve spotted an update on Park Pass Availability for guests who want to visit the parks this month.
Over the past few months, we’ve seen the availability of Park Pass reservations change. Park Pass reservations for some days, especially holidays like Halloween, have become unavailable for some guests, but we’ve also seen additional Park Pass reservations become available for certain guests on specific days.
Just yesterday, we saw that Park Pass reservations appeared to be full for all four theme parks for this Saturday, September 12th for all guests, and that reservations were also unavailable for all parks for Annual Passholders for September 13th, 19th, and 26th.
Today, however, the availability calendar is looking very different! Theme Park Tickets Guests can now get a Park Pass reservation at any of theme parks for the entire month of September, including this Saturday.
Disney Resort Guests also appear to be able to get a Park Pass reservation at any of the theme parks for any day this month, including this weekend.
Park Pass availability for Annual Passholders, however, still appears to be a bit more limited. When we initially checked today, the calendar showed all weekends in yellow and nothing greyed out — meaning at least some parks were available on all of those days.
But, just a few moments later, it changed again. It now appears that Park Pass reservations are not available for Annual Passholders for any park for Saturday, September 12th…
…but are still available for EPCOT only for Sunday, September 13th. And, Park Passes still appear to be available at least for some parks for the remaining weekends in September.
Like we mentioned, this availability changed very rapidly, so if you are interested in going to one of the parks this weekend, keep checking the availability calendar. We also recommend that you go into the actual system to make your Park Pass to see if the availability differs from what is shown on the calendar.
And, be sure to check back with us for more updates. We’ll be monitoring the Disney Park Pass Availability calendar, and we’ll let you know if we see any changes.
