Monday Merch Meeting: Kate Spade, Aulani, DCL, Funko, Rebecca Hook, Magic Bands & More!

Hello there, my friendly DISers! We are back for another Monday Merch Meeting to go over the last seven days in Disney merchandise releases. Not a huge week this time ’round, however, there are still a few exciting pieces that you might like to see. Let’s get started.

Holiday Plaid PJs for the Whole Family

There are two things I can tell you. The first, is that every year when I see the plaid holiday pjs come out, I get a little tingling feeling. The second, if you type the word plaid enough times, you can convince yourself that it isn’t even a word because it looks so strange. A few weeks ago, we saw the release of the Kate Spade Minnie Mouse Icon Collection at Disney Springs and this really cute, limited release is now available online. Disneyland Metal Sign

When I saw the preview for this Disneyland Metal Sign, $175, I was hoping it would have the classic Walt Disney line “Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.” When I took a closer look, I saw that it included the different areas of Disneyland Park. I like it, but would also really like the other one, too!

Halloween Merch from Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

A new hat has emerged from Aulani known officially as the Mickey Mouse Light Up Halloween Baseball Cap for Adults – Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, $32; known to me as the light-up Candy Corn Ear Hat.

There are a few other Halloween Aulani pieces that just came out today, so check them out below as well.

New Bangles from Alex and Ani

I find Alex and Ani Bangles to be a bit hit and miss, though this week, seeing the Minnie Mouse Ear Headband Bangle, it was love at first sight.

That just about wraps up this week’s meeting. I did want to show you the Mickey Mouse Shaved Ice Mug and Lid – Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, $23, but it made me so cranky that they called it shaved ice instead of the Hawai’ian term, shave ice (no “d”), that I decided to leave it out. Maikaʻi ʻole, Disney!
