It is a wet day in the Orlando area, with rain falling on the Walt Disney World Resort. Rather than letting raindrops get in the way of fun, Halloween costumed characters rode in covered vehicles. Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, and Daisy were joined on foot by Cast Members for a “Rainy Day Cavalcade.” Cast Members led the parade, carrying a banner and wearing brightly-colored raincoats.
