The France Pavilion has some serious culinary gems. That’s why it consistently tops our list for the best place to snack in World Showcase!

Today, we were checking out the menus in the Pavilion of Love when we spotted a new ice cream flavor available. It really is a good day for Pina Colada! What’s more, you can have the Pina Colada Ice Cream put in an Ice Cream Martini. Oh yeah, we went there and we have some THOUGHTS.

The Pina Colada Ice Cream Martini with Rum is a gorgeous treat that’s currently available at L’Artisan des Glaces. The Cast Member told us that we might’ve been the FIRST to try this new flavor in martini form so we’re considering ourselves VERY lucky.

When you get an Ice Cream Martini, you get to choose your ice cream flavor and whether you want Grand Marnier, whipped cream vodka, or rum. For Pina Colada, you obvi have to get rum. Ok, you don’t HAVE to, and honestly, the other options might be just as delicious!

The treat is two scoops of Pina Colada Ice Cream with a shot of Rum, served up in one of those adorable France Pavilion martini glasses.

Oh, and did we mention it’s also super pretty?

We LOVED this treat. Like, seriously we at the whole thing in almost no time, just slow enough not to get a brain freeze. The flavors of the Pina Colada ice cream mesh perfectly with the rum and honestly, we can’t say we’re surprised! If you’re a Pina Colada fan or if you’re looking for an upscale version of a Dole Whip with Rum, we may have found a winner.
