When it comes to Captain Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort we often think of breakfast and that wonderful Tonga Toast!

But when we need a mid-day or afternoon snack, there’s another dish that we totally prefer!
That dish is the Pulled Pork Nachos. This is the stuff of our tropical dreams and it has yet to disappoint! Let’s break it down: loads of crispy housemade chips (a combo of kettle chips AND fried wontons!) topped with cheese, spicy mayonnaise, pulled pork, pico de gallo, and pineapple salsa. There’s plenty of food on that plate, so it’s actually more meal than snack!

You can imagine how excited we were when we discovered that this dish had returned to Captain Cook’s in July! But it still wasn’t available on Mobile Order (Boo!) on the My Disney Experience App, although we could order it from the counter and get it to-go IF it was listed as available that day. But we checked out Captain Cook’s Mobile Order offerings today, and lo and behold, we saw the Pulled Pork Nachos!

Yes, that’s right! You can now use Mobile Order to get those nachos for $9.49 (looks like the price has gone up as these were $8.99 in July). This is awesome! If there’s one food we come back to over and over again at Capt. Cook’s (besides Tonga Toast, obv!) it’s these beautiful nachos handed down from the tiki gods!
