We have been LOVING the Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!
And we’ve been even MORE thrilled with it ever since more food booths opened up this weekend!
One of our absolute FAV booths actually just made its first appearance of the season: The Alps.
For those of you not in the know, this booth was new last year and features Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese served hot and fresh over potatoes, cornichons, and a baguette. If you REALLY wanna go ham, you can get this decadent, delicious dish with, well, Alpine Ham.
This booth JUST made its first, glorious appearance at a Taste of Epcot Food and Wine this weekend, but today, when strolling through World Showcase, we noticed that this spot was CLOSED.
Another booth opened up at EPCOT this weekend, Spain!
Here, you can get Charcuterie with imported Spanish Meats, Cheeses and Olives with an Herb Vinaigrette or Spanish-style Paella with Chorizo, Shrimp, and Rice.
Spain ALSO just opened up this weekend, but like The Alps, its windows were closed today.
We don’t know why these booths weren’t open on this particular Tuesday or when they will open again, but this isn’t the first time that an EPCOT Taste of Food and Wine Booth was unexpectedly shut down — Islands of the Caribbean has also been closed on certain days.
If we get word of when these booths will be open so you can make sure you catch all that charcuterie and cheese, you know we’ll fill ya in!
