Greetings from EPCOT!!!
We’re back at the park that’s currently featuring the 2020 Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival to check out all of the other goings-on, from current construction to the park’s pumpkin spice and Halloween offerings, to merchandise and more… so join us on our trip around Future World AND World Showcase as we check out What’s NEW!
EPCOT Food Updates
Weinkeller in the Germany Pavilion
We couldn’t resist stopping by the Weinkeller in the Germany pavilion, as it is the home to one of our favorite fall indulgences: Mozart Chocolate Cream Pumpkin Spice Liqueur.
Or, at least… it was. It was sold out on our most recent visit!
That said, this popular item does tend to come and go, so if you’re interested in picking up your own beautiful bottle, it’s always worth a stop to check!
Find out more about the Mozart Chocolate Cream Pumpkin Spice Liqueur here!
L’Artisan des Glaces — France Pavilion
Speaking of things selling out… do you remember the Pina Colada ice cream that recently made its debut at L’Artisan des Glaces in the France pavilion?
Well, we learned from a cast member that it has proved so popular that they ran out of it temporarily over the weekend! So, our advice? “If you like pina colada,” , then you should grab it if you see it.
That’s exactly what we did!
Check out our review of the Pina Colada Ice Cream (in an ICE CREAM MARTINI!) right here!
We also noticed that they’ve added more social distancing markers outside around the pavilion.
While we don’t know when the Table Service restaurants in the France pavilion will reopen, we noticed these outside of Monsieur Paul Restaurant.
Of course, there are signs — like, a literal one! — that construction for the upcoming La Creperie de Paris is well underway!
See the newly installed sign for the France Pavilion’s upcoming restaurant here!
Halloween Popcorn Buckets
I mentioned Halloween a bit earlier, didn’t I? Well, it’s true… while they’re in full swing at the three other parks, MOST of EPCOT’s seasonal snacks for Halloween won’t be available until Halloween itself — for one day only, on October 31st. (You can see the full list here). BUT…
You CAN find select Halloween novelty items in the parks for the season now!
These include the Oogie Boogie Premium Popcorn Bucket which we spotted at the Fife & Drum Tavern and the Canada Popcorn Cart.
Take a closer look at the Oogie Boogie Premium Popcorn Bucket here!
You can also find the GREEN version of the Happy Halloween Cauldron Popcorn Bucket in Future World at the Popcorn Cart near Mission: SPACE and also inside the EPCOT Experience, where they’re serving up some eats in addition to the awesome presentation you can see about the transformation of EPCOT.
Don’t forget… you can find the Orange Cauldron and the Purple Cauldron in other parks — just click those links to learn more!
Check out the Green Cauldron here — and the Orange and Purple Cauldrons, while you’re at it!
Block & Hans
One more friendly reminder that Block & Hans is now reopen in The American Adventure pavilion… albeit intermittently.
While we’ve seen this craft beer kiosk open on weekends, primarily, we did notice it open on our most recent weekday trip.
That said, we also noticed that the Beer Flight was not on the posted menu for this ’round.
Read about our most recent visit to Block & Hans here!
Our final foodie stop brings us to Sunshine Seasons in Future World, where guests will now see one of the updated Mobile Order signs in place.
Guests are encouraged to use Mobile Order as part of physical distancing measures at Counter Service locations all around the Resort.
Find out everything you need to know about Mobile Order here!
And, hey, while we’re in Future World…
EPCOT Construction Update
Guardians of the Galaxy Construction
In light of all of the construction taking place for the multi-year transformation of EPCOT, we always like to stop by the construction site of what will ultimately become the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coaster!
Work is currently taking place, and we hope you enjoy seeing these glimpses of the progress along the way along with us!
Whaddya say…. are you as excited about this new attraction as we are?

EPCOT Merchandise Updates
Mouse Gear
Let’s stop by Mouse Gear next to check out the latest in merchandise.
And MOUSE and GEAR are definitely the operative words with the new Minnie Mouse OtterBox phone case ($69.99)!
Minnie herself smiles at you from the integrated PopSocket.
Take a closer look at the new Minnie Mouse OtterBox here!
Ok, we’ve seen a LOT of Baby Yoda merchandise lately, but this Little Bounty children’s t-shirt, featuring — of course — THE CHILD himself, is pretty darn cute!
It’s $14.99. And don’t forget, you’ll find lots of merchandise for the 2020 Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival here, too!

Pin Traders
A visit to Pin Traders revealed this new Limited Edition Figment Pin for $17.99.
We also noticed these adorable Limited Edition Disney Vacation Club pins, also for $17.99, where the Goofy pin was new-to-us!
The Fjording — Norway Pavilion
Back in World Showcase with a stop in the Norway Pavilion’s Fjording merchandise location, we spotted two new World Showcase Norway ornaments.
Spaceship Earth and Norway’s flag are featured in the artwork for this World Showcase ornament ($16.99). And look who’s on the back… pom pom cap and all!
Mickey’s classic icon shape provides the base for the other new Norway World Showcase ornament.
This one is also $16.99.
House of Good Fortune — China Pavilion
And in the China Pavilion, the reopened House of Good Fortune merchandise location still has the bottled and canned drinks available. (This isn’t news, but just wanted to note it for you as a lil’ FYI!)
Did you know that canned Bubble Milk Tea drinks are up for grabs here?
Matcha, too!
You can also find Lucky Beer and Tsingtao for $6.50, among other offerings.
And, of course, you can pick up some fun and unique snacks to munch along with it!
And that’s the latest from EPCOT! And if you’re curious about What’s New in the other Disney World theme parks this week…
Check out What’s New at Magic Kingdom here, and What’s New at Disney’s Animal Kingdom right here!
We can’t wait to bring you back to EPCOT soon, and in the meantime, you can check out all of the fall and Halloween treats we’re scaring up at all the other parks here!
