Halloween is almost here, and it’s time to get spooky! We’ve already started to enjoy Halloween in the parks, what with all the spooktacular merchandise and food we’ve found.
But not all the spooky snacks are on the menu: some are secret, meaning you have to know how to order them, like the Jack Skellington Frappuccino.
Now, this frappuccino is a Starbucks hack that we decided to try out at The Trolly Car at Hollywood Studios. It’s basically a pumpkin spice frappuccino (oh, yeah!) with a few extras. To get it, you have to order it as a “single espresso shot, Chai, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, Whipped Cream and Java Chips on top, with Mocha Drizzle inside the cup.”
We thought it tasted like BOTH Halloween and Christmas if that makes sense. Sips of the chai, particularly, reminded us of Christmas. But the pumpkin spice came through in some sips, too. Mostly, though, we tasted the chai and mocha.
We thought it was a little too sweet for a coffee drink, but the taste would be good for a milkshake (which it’s not). You can also order it hot by ordering a Dirty Chai with pumpkin syrup, whipped cream, and Java Chips. Our drink cost $8.06.
