During the course of the global health crisis, a series of rules, both in certain parts of the U.S. and abroad, have been put in place requiring residents to quarantine for 14 days after visits to specific states or countries.
The U.K. recently added France to its mandatory quarantine list, meaning that those traveling from the U.K. to Disneyland Paris must quarantine for 14 days after returning to the U.K.
And as a 14-day quarantine after a vacation isn’t easily doable for many guests, Disneyland Paris is now temporarily allowing U.K. guests with reservations to modify their plans.
Guests who are due to arrive within the next week but can no longer visit Disneyland Paris due to the U.K. quarantine rule can now modify their hotel and ticket packages without any fees. Those guests can also choose to receive a full refund for their trip (including insurance and transportation fees if they booked directly through Disney).
Guests wishing to move their vacation to a future date can cancel their hotel and ticket page without fees and make a new booking, depending on availability. If the new vacation cost is lower, Disney will refund the difference in price (although if it’s higher, guests will have to pay the difference).
Disneyland Paris encourages anyone needing to modify their reservation to call the number on their confirmation email. Please note, though, that call volumes are high.
As these situations are constantly changing, we will keep an eye out for new information and share it when we have it.
