Heads or tails? Right now, The Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is selling both!
Star Wars fans can create their own custom droid inside Galaxy’s Edge. Guests pick and choose from various parts colors then put their new friends together right in the shop. Usually, you get one shot at creating your droid. Once you pick a color scheme, there’s no turning back…until today! You can now buy individual heads and bodies at Droid Depot to swap out the pieces from your custom droid.
For the first time, the shelves at Droid Depot are filled with different colored heads and bodies that fit the custom droids. The pieces will only fit the custom droids sold at the depot. If you already have a droid and want to switch up the look, now’s the time!
Each piece is 15 credits. (That’s $15 in space talk.) Colors range from the Dark Side-inspired black and red to the classic orange we see on BB-8. The Cast Member told us to check back with the depot because more surprises like this may show up soon!
So basically, with the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique still closed, this is the closest thing we can get to an actual makeover. We’ll take it! We will continue to keep an eye out for more updates at Droid Depot and other parts of the galaxy.
P.S. Check out the new Star Wars Corckcicles!
