Downtown Disney has been open for a while, but the theme parks of Disneyland Resort may remain closed for longer than we expected.
Disney California Adventure
Today, Disneyland announced that Buena Vista Street INSIDE Disney California Adventure will open to the public for shopping and dining as an extension of Downtown Disney.
Starting in November, guests will be able to head into Disney California Adventure to access select shopping and dining experiences. This comes in addition to the Disneyland Resort Backlot Premiere Shop that is currently open in DCA’s Stage 17 as a part of Downtown Disney.

The shopping and dining locations set to open include:
- Elias & Co.
- Julius Katz & Sons
- Kingswell Camera Shop
- Trolley Treats
- Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe
- Carthay Circle Lounge
- Smokejumpers Grill
- Vending Carts
Mickey Cake Pop at Trolley Treats
Disney California Adventure will remain closed during this time, so only the shopping and dining experiences will be open on Buena Vista Street. Stay tuned for more updates as we hear them!
