We just learned that Disney World has opened up reservations through their big 50th-anniversary date in October, 2021 through the end of that year!
With the ability to book reservations and buy tickets through this time comes another necessity in reopened Disney World: Park Passes. And it looks like these are now bookable all the way into early 2022!
The furthest out guests can currently book is December 31st, 2021 but that can be the FIRST day of their trip — meaning you can technically book a Disney World trip in early 2022! You can book up to January 30th, 2022 right now, to be exact. But, keep in mind that trip would have to start on New Year’s Eve or earlier in 2021.
For guests choosing to book those late 2022 trips, they’ll need Park Passes to go alongside their hotel reservations and tickets, and it looks like those are available alongside the newly opened booking dates! That means Park Passes can be booked through most of January 2022!
At this time, this seems to indicate Park Passes (and possibly the lack of Park-Hopping that they also represent) could be sticking around through 2022. Keep in mind things are ALWAYS changing at Disney World and that it’s entirely possible that they’re letting people book these now but could change things between now and then. It’s too early to know for sure. But for now, if you’re booking your trip over a year out, you can go ahead and snag those Park Passes! We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
