You know what they say: the early bird catches the Ronto Wrap!
At least, that’s what you’ll be saying now that a couple quick service restaurants at Disney’s Hollywood Studios have scaled back their hours.
Disney World released details on operating hours for the parks through December 19, and Hollywood Studios continues to close early-ish, at 7PM.
Along with these reduced hours comes fewer dining options in the evenings…at least if you’re craving a Pumpkin Cheesecake Cannoli or a pork sausage cooked over a podracer engine!
Two of the park’s popular quick service picks, PizzeRizzo and Ronto Roasters, have cut back hours, which means dinner options are increasingly confined to sit-down restaurants — not that we have any qualms with cocktails and Cobb Salad at The Hollywood Brown Derby!
Starting October 4, PizzeRizzo closes at 5PM (previously 6:30PM), while last call for Ronto Wraps and Coruscant Coolers in Galaxy’s Edge is 3PM (WAY down from its previous close at 8PM!).
Interestingly, while these counter-service spots are closing earlier, Backlot Express is actually EXTENDING its hours one hour longer until 5PM! This is great news because that means you’ve got an extra hour to snag a Box of Bones Eclair!
The times, they are a-changin’! So make sure not to miss out on good eats! We’ll keep you posted with any other operational changes in Disney World as we find them!
