When it comes to coffee, we don’t mess around. 

If there’s one CRUCIAL lesson when it comes to doing Disney World right, it’s about getting that much-needed caffeine fix in the morning! And we’ve got a handy little life hack to make that a little easier for you!  

Picture this: you’re arriving at one of the Disney World parks bright and early. Maybe you’re eagerly hustling to Pandora at Animal Kingdom, or you’re making a beeline to Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios. Hitting the popular rides is all well and good, but first things first — COFFEE! 

As anyone who has lined up at popular cafes like Main Street Bakery or The Trolley Car Café can attest, early morning lines for coffee can look more like the queue for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.

But here’s a little secret: there might be a shorter alternative! 

ALWAYS check to see if there are actually TWO lines open for these fan-favorite coffee shops, because if so, there’s a really really really good chance the second line will be MUCH shorter! 

For instance, many of us know that Animal Kingdom’s Creature Comforts is an essential first stop for many visitors looking for coffee (and Pumpkin Cheesecake), but only java-jonesin’ experts know that there’s a second entrance that starts on the Africa side of the shop! 

And guess what? It’s much shorter than the one that fronts towards the park entrance, because that’s the only side MOST people see! Is your mind blown yet? 

The same is true with dual entrances at Main Street Bakery at Magic Kingdom and The Trolley Car Café at Hollywood Studios, although admittedly both lines are pretty visible, so one PROBABLY wouldn’t be much shorter than the other…but you never know! 

Another pro tip: there are ALSO two lines at Animal Kingdom’s Pongu Pongu, in case you’re dead-serious about getting your Night Blossom fix ASAP (as you should be). 

So the next time you’re faced with a Black Friday-esque line at Creature Comforts, fear not! Just do like the coffee pros do and stroll to the other side! 

Now if only we could figure out how to visit the coffee shop in the NBA Bubble…
