It’s no secret that we LOOOOOVVVEEE chocolate here at DFB. And we’ve had a lot of wonderful chocolately snacks at Disney World, including chocolate waffles, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate caramel brownies, and more!

So you can imagine we’ve spent a good amount of time at Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop at Disney Springs, although we have to admit we hadn’t been there in a while!
But we stopped by today and literally had all our chocolate dreams come true! Meet our one true love, the Midnight Reverie Sundae. This is a sundae made with dark chocolate hot fudge, dark chocolate chips, and topped with a Ghirardelli Intense Dark Square!!!

This tastes like a brownie in ice cream form, although there isn’t a brownie actually in it. There is SO much fudge, and the dark chocolate chips are FANTASTIC. This is a chocolate lover’s paradise!!!

It comes topped with a dark chocolate square that tastes like the chips. The sundae is $13.75 and is easily shareable — that is…if you actually want to share!

This sundae doesn’t appear on any placards in the shop, and we only learned about it from a Ghirardelli Instagram post. So if you want it, just ask for it by name.
In the meantime, we’re going to go slip back into our happy chocolate dreams and think about the next snack that we can try for you (it’s hard work, but someone’s got to do it!).
