Walt Disney Imagineering has filed a new permit for “Harmonious”, the upcoming nighttime spectacular at EPCOT. The permit is for the “installation of anchors to provide additional mooring for center barge.” The “center barge” listed is of course the giant circular barge we recently spotted under construction backstage.
