This spot is known for some MASSIVE and DELICIOUS cookies and now we KNOW it will open before the end of the year – with holiday cookies!
Gideon’s Bakehouse has been eyeing a 2020 opening since it was announced earlier this year. Recently, we noticed that the upcoming spot was included in holiday offerings and now it’s confirmed that the spot will open sometime prior to December 31st.

In the Disney Springs foodie guide from Disney, we noticed a section on Gideon’s Bakehouse that talks about TWO limited-time holiday cookies! These offerings will be available from the store’s opening through December 31st.
Triple Chocolate Cookie
The first cookie is the Santa’s White Christmas Cookie, a white chocolate chip cookie with notes of coconut, sweet caramel, vanilla, and nutty flavors. And it has freshly-ground, locally roasted coffee beans. On top, you’ll find course sugar, sea salt, and Christmas glitter.

There’s also the Cookie Vom Krampus Cookie (LOL!). This treat is a triple-chocolate velvet-textured cookie filled with Andes mint. Plus, you’ll find this treat in its own special packaging!
