Here Are The Latest Menu Updates for Disney World’s Yak and Yeti!

Disney World restaurants often tweak their menus here and there, sometimes adding items and sometimes subtracting items.

Yak and Yeti Restaurant

And we’ve seen several changes at Animal Kingdom’s Yak & Yeti Restaurant since it reopened!

We’ve always loved the themed aspect of this restaurant, which transports guests to an ornate inn set up to provide respite to weary travelers. But we’re all about the food, right? So when menu items change, we notice! And we’ve seen a few new menu changes recently at Yak & Yeti. First, we are happy to report that the Wok-Fried Green Beans have returned!

Wok Fried Green Beans

These are battered and fried green beans with a sweet Thai chili dipping sauce. We were pretty disappointed to see these were missing from the menu back in June, but we are happy to report that one of our favorite fried appetizers is back! Look at these beautiful breaded crispy babies! This appetizer is $11.79.

The Soy Herb Glazed Rib Eye is also officially back on the menu — technically, it was still available but was an unlisted menu item last time we checked. This is a KILLER entrée that features a grilled 14 oz. CAB Ribeye, topped with kimchi butter, served with stir-fried vegetables and mashed potatoes. The price is dependent on the marketplace price of the beef.

Another item that was previously on the unlisted menu is the Malaysian Seafood Curry for $32. The dish is a large portion of curry made with lobster and Dungeness crab ravioli plus tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, and shrimp!

We also spotted a BRAND NEW salad — the Chop Chop Chicken Salad for $17.99. This salad is made with chopped romaine lettuce, red and Napa cabbage, carrots, and marinated grilled chicken, tossed in miso sesame dressing and crispy wontons. That actually sounds pretty amazing.

Finally, the Beso Del Sol Sangria, which was $11, has been replaced with the Opici Family Red Sangria, which is $12 per glass. The new drink is Opici Family Red Sangria blended with natural citrus and fruit juices. We’re all for a good sangria, so we can’t wait to try the new one out!

So that’s all the menu changes for now at Yak & Yeti, but we’ll keep you updated if/when the menu changes again!
