New Grand Floridian walkway
One of the best parts of a Disney World vacation is when you FINALLY drive through that iconic archway and you know your trip is about to begin! Well, that iconic entrance sign is getting a makeover, and it’s almost complete!
Being greeted by Mickey and Minnie while palm trees sway behind them is an incredible way to be welcomed to the beginning of your Disney trip!

Like many other parts of Disney World, this sign is undergoing a transformation! With a new color scheme and a paint job, the project is nearly complete!

The color scheme has changed from purples, yellows, and reds, to blues and grays.

Mickey looks pretty snazzy with his new paint job! He definitely looks like he’s ready to welcome guests.

Minnie is also looking good, sporting her signature dots but it looks like her side of the sign has a bit further to go. The Mickey heads that can be seen behind Mickey on the right side of the sign haven’t been painted on this side yet!

The gray blocks on the left side of the sign also need to be painted so they can match Mickey’s side!
