For the last 92 years, he’s been bringing joy to the hearts of children (and adults) all around the globe, and today’s the day to celebrate! When visiting Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa today, we spotted two birthday treats in the bakery case at The Artist’s Palette.

Even though they’re pretty basic snacks, we were excited to try them out. Look how adorable those decorations are!

The Mickey’s Birthday Cheesecake is $5.49. It’s a vanilla cheesecake with a butter cookie crust, topped with chocolate ganache, Mickey sprinkles, edible glitter, and a Mickey decoration that varies from cake to cake.

Our cheesecake was sweet and very creamy — exactly how we like it! The chocolate ganache was really delicious and the decorations added a really fun touch. We think this mini cheesecake is a really great crowd-pleasing snack! We love the cheesecakes at The Artist’s Palette and this one didn’t disappoint. But it is very basic nonetheless.

The Mickey’s Birthday Brownie costs $4.29 and is a fudge brownie topped with chocolate ganache, Mickey sprinkles, edible glitter, and a Mickey decoration. This is a basic Disney brownie with some added sprinkles…nothing too exciting.

This thing was RICH! If you like chocolate, then you’ll love this treat, but it’s definitely shareable due to the richness of flavor. It’s a snack worth trying if you’re the kind of person who likes your brownies to be gooey and fudgy.
