We’re snacking our way around the booths at the 2020 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays!
We’ve already had the chance to snag A TON of festive snacks around the Disney World parks this holiday season. And now that the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays has officially kicked off we’re heading to ALL of the festival food booths to see what they have to offer!
Our latest stop takes us to the Holiday Sweets and Treats booth located in the World Showcase Promenade.
The menu is filled with exactly what you would expect…sweets (and even some added treats)!
Let’s take a look at exactly what this booth has in store at this year’s festival.
Food
Much like the name suggests, the food items at this booth are very dessert focused! Here, guests will once again find the Peppermint Sundae, made with chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, and peppermint candy.
Returning from last year’s Festival, this soft-serve treat is the perfect combo of sweet and refreshing to cap off your evening. It costs $5.25.
This booth is also home to the Minnie Peppermint Completer Cookie, which is the final piece of the puzzle of this year’s Cookie Stroll!
This pre-packaged cookie has a cute swirl pattern design to make the cookie resemble those peppermint twists you get at restaurants.
You can purchase the cookie for $3, which is a little bit more than some of the larger cookies we’ve tried along the Stroll. While fifty cents isn’t all that much to make a fuss over, it’s worth pointing out that if you only want to try the best of the best along the Cookie Stroll, you’re better off sticking to the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie or the Linzer Cookie.
It’s ALSO worth mentioning that if you are on a mission to collect all six stamps on the Cookie Stroll, keep Sweets and Treats for last because you can get the Minnie Peppermint Cookie for FREE if you show off your completed stamp set!
For something a little more on the savory side at Sweets and Treats, you can also pick up a traditional Hot Dog with Chips as well for $9.50.
Drinks
There is also a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. The Hot Cocoa is BACK once again and can be ordered non-alcoholic or with assorted alcoholic cordials, which include Baileys Irish Cream, Frangelico Liqueur or Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.
The non-alcoholic Hot Cocoa costs $3.50, whereas the adult versions cost $11 regardless of which cordial you order it with. Another returning beverage with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options is the Chocolate Peppermint Shake featuring Twinings® Peppermint Cheer Tea. The non-alcoholic version costs $4.50, and the alcoholic version with whipped cream vodka costs $11.
If you’d like to try any of the items from the Holiday Sweets and Treats booth, be sure to visit the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays from now through December 30th!
