Review: How Sweet is Ghirardelli’s Newest Drink in Disney World? We Found Out!

As Disney Springs is gearing up for the holiday season, we are getting in one more stroll before the festivities begin.

One of our stops today was Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop to try the new White Chocolate Caramel Steamer. Because… white chocolate caramel.

You don’t have to tell us twice! Let’s get to sippin’!

The White Chocolate Caramel Steamer is made with not one, but TWO Ghirardelli White Chocolate Caramel Squares blended into the steamed milk.

And a bit more caramel is drizzled over the froth and whipped cream.

AND you even receive a third square as a garnish! You can save it for later or blend into your drink.

Our recommendation?

White Chocolate Caramel Steamer

Save it for later… because this beverage is already incredibly sweet as it is. It’s certainly flavorful — almost like drinking a cup of hot caramel — and very rich. So much so, though, that it is quite the feat to finish the whole cup!

While the White Chocolate Caramel Steamer is ultimately a bit too sweet for our tastes, we imagine the kiddos enjoying this as a special holiday treat that offers a little something different from your typical hot cocoa.
