Review: Is This NEW Olaf Holiday Cupcake in Disney World Worth Melting For?

It’s the holiday season in Walt Disney World and you KNOW what that means…we’ve got lots of festive new snacks to try!!

We’ve already tried some that have been a total hit for us, and others that are solid… but nothing particularly special. So, when we heard about the NEW Olaf’s Snow Flurry cupcake at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we had to give it a try and see if it would be snow much fun, or totally not worth melting for.

Some things never change, but the holiday Olaf cupcake definitely has! We saw a festive Olaf cupcake last year, but this year’s Olaf’s Snow Flurry is totally different. The treat is now made with a yellow cupcake with vanilla buttercream, snow flurry sugar, and topped with an Olaf Glow Clip.

Sometimes there is really nothing better than a cute glow cube, and this treat definitely delivers in that department!

The snow flurry sugar is also a nice texture touch, as opposed to ordinary sprinkles. It really gives the treat a fun, wintery effect — like it had been formed by Elsa herself!

Well, it’s nothing worth writing home about. It’s… fine. It’s simply your (very) basic yellow cupcake with vanilla frosting. And it’s also a small portion size.
