Review! New Gingerbread and Apple Chip ‘n’ Dale Churros Are Now in Disney World!

The holiday season has officially arrived at Disney World! While we’ve already checked out some decorations, merchandise, and plenty of snacks, November 6th marks the ACTUAL arrival of all things Christmas in the parks and resorts!

Today, we’re in Magic Kingdom to scope out some of the latest seasonal snacks to hit the scene! Our travels have brought us to Westward Ho, where you can score some new CHURROS!

We know, we know, churros are typically Disneyland’s bread and butter, but every once in a while Disney World can whip out some pretty tasty versions of these iconic cinnamon-coated delights! So when we heard Westward Ho would be serving Chip ‘n’ Dale Christmas Churros, we were certainly intrigued!

This is a gingerbread churro topped with apple pie filling, marshmallow icing, and chocolate chips! That sounds promising, right? And we LOVED the melty chocolate chips with the apple, but we didn’t taste much of the marshmallow. The flavor of the gingerbread blended well with the apples and we loved the little leaves!

However, there was one thing that kept this churro from greatness — the churro itself was a little stale. If the churro had been fresher, we think this snack would be the BOMB.
