If you haven’t noticed, we’re enjoying a holiday treat-PALOOZA in Disney World today!
And we’re stopping by Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe for our next seasonal snack! This Frontierland spot is the place for Mexican fare served counter service style in Magic Kingdom. And if you find yourself here during this festive time of year, you may have a tough time deciding whether you should fill your stomach with tacos or holiday treats. Well, Pecos Bill has come up with a solution to that dilemma… sort of.
Now you don’t have to choose with this NEW holiday dessert in Disney World. It’s the Let It Snow Taco!
This tricky treat isn’t like most tacos you’ve had. It’s made with a sugar cookie “taco shell” filled with salted caramel mousse and spiced chocolate mousse. And it really looks like no other taco I’ve ever seen… the sugar cookie taco shell is quite a lovely thing to look at! Much better in person, actually, than how it’s pictured on the menu above, don’t you think?
There’s even a not-so-hidden Mickey on the shell!
Unfortunately, the flavor does not live up to the fashion, in this instance.
Let’s taco about this new treat – it’s not a favorite. Full review coming soon of the Let it Snow Taco. pic.twitter.com/6fIH8wJKfO

The sugar cookie shell itself was rather bland. And neither mousse filling carried a particularly pronounced flavor, either.
While there’s nothing to dislike about it, there’s nothing to love, either… except for, perhaps, the look of the whole thing. (Taco ’bout a bummer!)
Still, if you — or maybe your kiddo — can’t resist this cute treat, you can find this dessert over at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe between now and December 30th for $5.29, so head on over if you want to try the sweetest taco you ever did taste. And stay tuned to DFB for MORE holiday treat reviews!
