EPCOT is starting to look preeeeetty different.

Lots of changes are going on EPCOT with the EPCOT Transformation ongoing AND the upcoming EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays! Now we’ve got a peek at some of the work in the park with TWO new building permits.
The first permit is to “Install elements in planters” at two addresses in Future World and one that matches up with World ShowPlace. We’ll be keeping an eye out for these elements soon!

We’re not sure if these additions are for the festival or if they’re more permanent additions as a part of the transformation. One of the addresses is where the former Fountain of Nations stood — behind construction barriers. Interesting!

The second permit is to “Install signage” at several Future World locations near the entrance of the park. Again, we’re not sure if this is festival-related or transformation-related. So, we’ll be keeping a close eye out!
