We don’t know about you, but we’ve really been enjoying the holidays at Disney Springs!
We popped into Disney Springs recently to see the latest food and merchandise, so here are all the updates!
Disney Springs Food Updates
Vivoli Il Gelato
We stopped by Vivoli il Gelato to see what new goodies they’re serving, and we spotted a sign for Cotton Candy Affogato. We’re totally going to have to try it out at some point!
This is a treat made of your choice of gelato with espresso, cotton candy, and whipped cream. SUGAR RUSH, HERE WE COME!
Check out our review for the Tramisu Bombolato at Vivoli il Gelato
The Ganachery
Speaking of sugar rushes, The Ganachery has some new truffles!
We spotted the Mint, Pistachio, and Egg Nog. The mint and pistachio feature dark chocolate on the outside. NOM.
As you can tell, the Egg Nog flavor is pretty popular!
Here’s our review of the Egg Nog Fudge in Disney World
Marketplace Snacks
We tried the Jolly Holiday Float at Marketplace Snacks and it had us feeling like we were floating in the sky with Mary Poppin’s umbrella — it’s that good!
This wonderful float is made with vanilla soft serve, cranberry juice, and a shot of vodka. This is our kind of boozy holiday drink. It’s $14.25, although you can get a non-alcoholic version for $5.99.

We also spotted the new Starbucks Parks Tumblers and Ornaments here.
There’s a tumbler for Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom! We love these!

Polite Pig
We had to stop into Polite Pig to check out the new Bourbon Blueberry Smash, but we also discovered a new item on the food menu, the Chef’s Special, so we had both!
And we liked both and even thought the Chef’s Special was a good high-quality meal, especially for a quick-service location. The drink was $11 and the meal was $20.

B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.
When we heard that B.B. Wolf’s was serving a drink called the Jägerpunsch, we knew we had to try it out. This drink is Malibu Coconut Rum, Jägermeister, pineapple juice, and grenadine. Oh, yeah!
However, this drink didn’t pack as much “punsch” as we thought it would (the taste of the Jägermeister was weak), but if you want a fun holiday drink that isn’t too strong, this might be the one for you! It’s $13.

Aristocrepes
The Sweet Potato Pie Bubble Waffle certainly sounded intriguing, so we decided to give it a taste. This is a sweet potato bubble waffle topped with vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallow, candied pecans, caramel sauce, and cinnamon.
However, we didn’t really feel like this tasted much like sweet potato pie. But this waffle, which was $8.99, was still SUPER yummy and perfect for the holidays!

Starbucks
The Starbucks at Disney Springs Marketplace is always coming up with some cool limited time drinks, and this time, we spotted a new one called the Melted Snowman. This is a vanilla bean frappuccino with a Cake Pop blended in and topped with mocha and caramel drizzle.
Yes, the cake pop is BLENDED into the drink and we really like the texture of it, as well as getting sips that included cake bits and frosting. This drink is $9.10 which includes the extra cost for the cake pop.
