Hello, DFB friends! We’re back at another Disney World resort!
We took a walk around Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa to see what’s new! So here are the latest updates!
Saratoga Springs Food Updates
Artist’s Palette
Okay, so maybe we ATE our way around Saratoga Springs more than anything — and we spent a LOT of time at Artist’s Palette trying out some yummy snacks like the Peppermint Cupcake. This cupcake is HUGE, but the good news is that it is also delicious and a must for peppermint fans!
It’s also got a very pretty retro vibe! It’s a chocolate cupcake filled with peppermint mousse, topped with peppermint-scented whipped cream, and peppermint bark. And you can get one now for $5.99.

We also dove right into the new Eggnog Cupcake! This is a spiced cake filled with eggnog mousse and topped with spiced whipped cream, an icing wreath, crunch pearls, and edible glitter. Another Insta-worthy treat!
This $5.99 cupcake was a little dry, but the mousse inside had a delicious eggnog flavor that balanced the other flavors really well. If you don’t like eggnog, you might want to skip this one.

We were very happy to see that the Peppermint Bark is back! This is dark and white chocolate scented with peppermint oil and garnished with peppermint candies. YUM. We are all about peppermint flavors this time of year, so we’ll happily throw $7.99 at this!
We also found the most charming little Gingerbread Cookies — they look like little horses! Saratoga Springs is ALL about the horses, after all. These cookies are $4.
The Gingerbread House Kit has returned! It comes with everything you need to make an awesome gingerbread house of your own in true Disney style for $35. H0w fun!
We weren’t sure what we might think of Plant-Based Macarons, but we had to give them a try! The textures of this cookie are perfect: the cookie had a nice crunch and the creme inside was smooth and creamy. We honestly would not have known these were plant-based!
But things got weird with the peppermint flavor (and you know we usually love peppermint) — they kinda’ tasted like toothpaste! We still prefer the macarons at EPCOT’s France Pavilion. But these are a good deal — you get a package of 5 for $14.

We had a good time eating our way around Saratoga Springs and we’ll be doing it again real soon! So stay tuned for more updates throughout Disney World.
