It was an eventful day at Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort!
We shopped til we dropped at World of Disney and the Backlot Premiere Shop. Meanwhile, we tried some holiday treats and noticed a fun addition to Disney California Adventure Park. Come take a look at everything we experienced this week!
Downtown Disney Food Update
Marceline’s Confectionary
Disney holiday goodies have arrived on both coasts! The confectionary was stocked up with Christmas treats so of course, we had to try a couple! We first tried the Candy Cane Marshmallow Wand. We haven’t had one in a few years so we had to see if it was it was still good! This is a marshmallow on a stick coated in caramel and dipped in chocolate and rolled in crushed candy canes for $5.49.
We’ll have to admit, marshmallow wands aren’t usually our favorite treats. This one was a big exception!

Next on the treat train was the returning Snowman Mickey Apple Pie Apple. How cute is he?? He’s made with a granny smith apple dipped in caramel and white chocolate with a white chocolate top hat and marshmallow ears for $11.99.
Not only is he totes adorbs…he was tasty too! Although, he was a little tough to eat!

Downtown Disney Area Update
Disney California Adventure Park
We spotted Cast Members working on the Red Car Trolley! The theme park will partially reopen on November 17th. Perhaps the iconic trolley will make an appearance too!
California Adventure will reopen its gates for select dining and shopping experiences. We’ll have to wait and see what else Disney has up their sleeve for this modified opening!

Downtown Disney Merchandise Update
World of Disney
Lots of new Disney goods have arrived at World of Disney! But first, you can give back by donating to Toys for Tots at Downtown Disney! Two boxes are placed outside of World of Disney for donations.
As a quick update, Disney World increased face mask prices to $9.99 recently. The price increase has yet to increase at Downtown Disney and masks are still $6 each.
We’ll continue to check out mask prices at either theme park!

Now for new merch! The plastic retro Disneyland popcorn box was here! The box made an appearance at the 65th Anniversary Shopping Event and the leftover boxes made their way to World of Disney. You can pick one up for $16.99.
The cutie pie gingerbread character ornament set has arrived too! The set is $44.99.
Ah yes, and ALL the underwear arrived at Downtown Disney. We first spotted the men’s underwear at Disney World and here we found the Wreck-It Ralph pair…
