Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure have both reached capacity as of 8:52 AM. The parks last reached capacity yesterday, on December 28, and they did not reopen later in the day. According to the Universal Orlando Resort Twitter, they expect to reopen the parks later this afternoon. Holiday offerings have led to multiple capacity closures over the past few weeks.
