Food Studios for Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts Released!

Just in time for us to gear up for all things EPCOT Taste of International Festival of the Arts, Disney has released the lineup of Food Studios that’ll be scattered around the World Showcase for guests to enjoy. Let’s take a few minutes to check out the list!

As previously announced, Vibrante & Vívido (located between the France and Morocco pavilions) will be the newcomer to the 2021 festival. Fresh and bright takes on both sweet and savory dishes, as well as smoothies and daiquiris, will be found here.

Mosaic Canteen, located in the Morocco pavilion, will celebrate bold flavors, including a harissa-roasted rack of lamb and a Mediterranean flatbread with Za’atar pesto.

At American Adventure’s The Artist’s Table, guests will be able to try the chefs’ take on beef Wellington and pan-seared scallops. This is also where large chocolate-chip cookie in the shape of an artist’s palette can be found. A variety of beer and wine can also be purchased at The Artist’s Table.

Citrus Blossom (Showcase Plaza) will return for Taste of Festival of the Arts, and looks to be mainly beverage-based (as it has been for the Taste of Festival of the Holidays). The Orange Bird sipper (and the orange cream shake that goes along with it) will again will available here.

Germany’s Cuisine Classique will offer dishes such as a red wine-braised short rib, coq au vin and opera cake.

At Decadent Delights (Promenade Refreshments), soft-serve ice cream in both raspberry and lemon flavors will be offered, as well as a selection of beer.

The Deconstructed Dish, located in Showcase Plaza, will offer the return of the deconstructed Reuben, BLT and also a strawberry cheesecake. A breakfast-inspired chai tea shake will also be available.

Mexico’s El Artista Hambriento (a personal favorite of mine) will highlight Mexican-inspired flavors of dishes like pork belly pastor, chile rellenos and an intriguing chocolate taco.

Goshiki, in the Japan pavilion, will offer fan-favorites such as sushi donuts and vegetable gyoza. Pink snow (a sake beverage that features sake, peach schnapps, cranberry juice and Calpico) will also be available.

Festival Favorites (World Showplace) will offer guests dishes like charcuterie, Remy’s ratatouille, the lemon blood-orange tart and a giant chocolate-chip cookie. A coffee cocktail and a microbrew will also be featured at the booth.

Painter’s Palate, also located in World Showplace, will offer items like steak tartare, salt-roasted beet tartare and a pistachio cake with cherry mousse and Morello cherries.

France’s L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise will showcase all things French, including the return of the warm brie in a bread bowl, as well as a black winter truffle croissant and a trio of macarons. French wine and a frozen martini will also be offered.

L’Arte di Mangiare (Italy) will serve arancini, lobster ravioli and cream-filled Italian donuts, as well as Italian beer, wine and cocktails.

Masterpiece Kitchen, located in Canada, will feature wild mushroom risotto, a salmon and cream gâteau and a panna cotta. Wines to go with each dish will also be offered.

China’s The Painted Panda will showcase items such as pork and water chestnut meatballs or Sichuan red hot mala shrimp. Bubble tea, draft beer and Chinese-inspired cocktails will also be available.

Last (but not least), Pop Eats in Showcase Plaza will offer the return of the almond frangipane cake and the Pop’t Art—a sugar cookie with strawberry filling that might just be a masterpiece. Shrimp ceviche or tomato soup with grilled cheese will also be on hand.

The Funnel Cake stand near The American Adventure will feature a special red velvet funnel cake topped with cream cheese icing and “pixie dust.” Refreshment Port will offer a lobster poutine in addition to traditional poutine, chicken nuggets, and beverages. And the various Joffrey’s Coffee locations throughout the park will again offer latte and doughnut combination inspired by the festival.

Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts takes place from January 8th until February 22nd, 2021. When the full menus are released, we’ll be sure to let you know.
