Give Kids the World Village has announced this afternoon that they will be reopening to Wish families on January 17th, 2021.

The long-awaited announcement comes at the end of 10 months of closure, during which strict safety measures have been implemented. Those safety measures will continue to be in place as families return to the Village.

We’re so thankful for all who have donated so selflessly during the Village’s closure, either through the annual DIS Marathon, the Power of 10 fundraising campaign, or by attending Night of a Million Lights during this holiday season.

As the team at the Village continues to prepare to receive the Wish families, some of whom are among the 6,000 families who had to delay their trips due to the pandemic, the need for funding still exists.
